2. When bidding closes, I’ll contact the highest bidder to arrange payment and gather photos

3. All proceeds go directly to this chapter’s local philanthropy

4. Winner chooses one of the following:

   • A painting of your chapter’s Tri Delta house

   • A painting of your personal home
